Food waste is the single largest component going into local landfills, which costs money, resources, and harms our environment. In 2018, Waste Not diverted 1,750 TONS of good food from our local landfills.
Five days a week, our fleet of refrigerated trucks and professional drivers collect excess prepared and perishable food from local businesses, and deliver it directly (the same day) to our 65 partner nonprofit agencies that serve those in need.
