Thermo King

Thermo King Logo

Thermo King Corporation was founded 80 years ago to ensure the safe, refrigerated transport of perishable foods so that people could enjoy fresh, healthy meals both locally and around the world.

As part of the “We Move Food” program, we aim to close the very real gap between the 41 million Americans who struggle with hunger and the nearly $220 billion dollars of food that is thrown away each year in the U.S.

Recognizing that transport refrigeration plays a critical role in eliminating food waste and increasing food stability, our partnership with Waste Not provides a real connection between excess food and those who need it most.

Thermo King is excited to watch this program grow as we further leverage our strong programs like Waste Not. We are happy to support Waste Not financially in order to offset the costs of operating and maintaining a refrigerated fleet, which is the heart of a successful food recovery model.

Halle Foundation Logo

The mission of the Diane & Bruce Halle Foundation is to strengthen the daily operations and lifelong outcomes for the people and communities of the state of Arizona. The Foundation focuses on building, strengthening and sustaining innovative organizations.

Waste Not has had a relationship with the Foundation since 2008 and is most grateful for their infrastructure investments in our organization over the past three years so that we could build capacity to serve so many more people. We couldn't have done it without you.

Scottsdale 20-30 Logo

The Scottsdale Active 20-30 Club and Foundation is comprised of 50 male business and community leaders between the ages of 20 and 40. The primary focus of the organization is philanthropic fundraising to support local children's charities. By hosting special events, the Club draws the community together to raise funds for, and to educate our citizens about the financial, medical, and emotional needs of Arizona's children. In addition to the community service, the Club also fosters personal growth through leadership within the Club and interaction with the charities supported.

In 2020, Waste Not received its fourth grant, this time in the amount of $30,000 in support of feeding thousands of local children in our Valley. We are grateful to this young, vibrant group for embracing our organization and returning as a valued partner.

Ingersoll Rand Logo

The Ingersoll Rand Foundation aims to provide grants to support hunger relief programs aligned with the We Move Food mission, a hunger relief program developed to help reduce food waste, and increase access to fresh, nutritious food for people who need it most
