Making a Difference: Turning excess restaurant food into kids' meals
By some estimates, up to 40 percent of all edible food goes to waste. One large restaurant chain with 1,900 locations, Darden Restaurants, is doing its part to make sure the leftovers don’t end up in a dumpster. Rock Center Special Correspondent Chelsea Clinton reports.

Catch 22 sponsors a canned food drive beginning May 2nd and running through May 22nd. Kickoff starts with a "Catch for the Cause Mixer" on May 2nd from 6-9pm.
