Feast of the Seven Fishes Event - Proceeds Donated to Waste Not

Sassi Chef DeRuvo demonstrated how to cook and prepare three seafood dishes from the Italian holiday feast. Guests experienced tastings of the three courses paired with wines, along with the opportunity to learn one-on-one from the executive chef.

Recipe cards for all seven courses of the Feast of the Seven Fishes in addition to truffles were provided at the cooking demonstration as take-home gifts.

The Sassi cooking event, which took place on November 19th at Whole Foods Market,  was $15 and all proceeds were donated to Waste Not.  

Sassi specializes in cuisine inspired by the traditions of Southern Italy, in an Old World Italian villa in north Scottsdale. Sassi's welcoming and intimate atmosphere offers patrons a cozy indoor or outdoor patio experience designed with the comforts of a private estate.
